Refund policy

Returns

Because our fabrics are cut to the customer's requested length, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or we have made an error with your order.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before the fabric has been cut or shipped.

Once the fabric has been cut to the requested length, the order cannot be cancelled.
